WIP was founded in 1991 during the telecom industry’s massive shift from phone systems to cellular in order to serve the clients stranded in the transition. Guiding clients through rapid technological changes would turn out to be the bread and butter of the company’s work, and innovating again and again to accommodate evolving technology is a central feature of the business.
As WIP grew through the decades and technological advancements, the company came to provide customers with diverse services in networking, cabling, fiber optics and more. WIP also established the now robust Audiovisual Integration division. Constant innovation to meet clients' needs is at WIP's core.

Voice
WIP offers a range of VoIP telephone services including installation, service and management for companies that have anywhere from 2 to 2,000 telephones. All installations are thoroughly tested, certified and warranted, not only for material and workmanship, but for performance to the standards of the equipment being serviced. The expert staff at WIP can provide a professional consultation to assess your existing network, or provide initial design and installation services to ensure the highest quality VoIP resolution. We’ve partnered with Sage Communications for all your voice solutions, designed to easily scale as your business grows.
Access Control
WIP offers a variety of access control solutions to secure your sites. From enterprise grade identity and access management solutions to small 1-2 door sites, WIP has a solution. We pair tried-and-true hardware with professional installation to meet the needs for all of our clients. Products include card readers, door hardware, and management platforms. WIP will also coordinate with your locksmith or provide a subcontracted licensed locksmith to ensure the right locking hardware is installed on your door to ensure local safety codes are followed. Many of the systems we offer integrate with our surveillance products too. We offer products from Avigilon, Kantec, Mercury, Bosch, Verkada, and more.
Surveillance
When purchasing a surveillance system, it is important to know what you are buying. We have all seen the news footage of a suspect captured on CCTV footage that is pixelated and blurry. At WIP, the systems we sell are professionally engineered to guarantee your footage has sufficient quality and resolution to capture identifying details of subjects. You will know that your money was spent on a system with demonstrable results. The surveillance systems we offer are not for every customer; WIP focuses on commercial and enterprise grade surveillance systems. We also feel it is important that our customers understand that some of the low-cost consumer camera systems available at your local big box stores are manufactured overseas by companies accused spying, and even of civil rights violations. WIP does not sell these products and, in some instances, cannot legally install those systems for certain government customers.

IT Networking
WIP's IT and Networking division is built around the idea that every business deserves a well-designed, simple to use network infrastructure. WIP works with the client to understand the long-term usage of their network, level of security needed and possible growth of the company in the years to come. The key to a successful end-user experience is a robust back-bone. WIP utilizes high-end equipment, such as Cisco, Netgear, Ubiquiti, Pakedge and more. If the client decides to go with WIP to monitor and ensure quality of service, we offer round the clock IT support that is only a call away. Incorporating our infrastructure team along with our IT and Networking division is preferred by most of our clients.
