Fidelity National Title Company has been a client of WIP Communications since 1994 when Wil Prim and his staff installed our first Norstar telephone system which all of our staff has enjoyed using.

The most important thing to know about working with WIP is the level of service that is continually provided because a completely dedicated team of professionals that are constantly concerned that everything is working perfectly and that every staff member is getting exactly the performance that they want from the telephone one their desk. Once the "need" is explained to Wil and his staff, they make it happen because they do take the time to listen and completely understand the nuances and quirks of our business.

The other thing Wil and his staff do is to always look for ways for us to reduce telephone costs by recommending new equipment and technology when appropriate.

I'll finish with a story: I received a phone call in the middle of the night from my security company that the police were waiting for me at the office. When I got to the office, I found out that my complete telephone system as well as most of my computers had been stolen. I called Wil and by 10:00am he and his staff had delivered a new console to my receptionist and 50 instruments to my staff. My telephones were operational by 11:00am that morning. Needless to say, WIP communications makes it happen!
